The
latest master plan, it consists of the addition of a dedicated access road to
the residential area. This route will become highly used in the future and need
to be able to cope with higher traffic loads and for this reason it will be a sealed road with a flood amunity of Q100. The proposed residential areas
are down to the south western side of the property, this area was chosen as the development will not have a significant impact on the current day too day life on the site.
