Woodfordia becomes an educational facility used to introduce people to more sustainable ways of living by doing rather than saying.

Incorporates existing events such as tree planting and the Woodford Folk Festival.

Design

The Objective is to challenge societies current perspective of living with a focus on community living and shared space.

The building should challenge the boundaries of private versus public space.

The building is to house 100 people with the ability for future expansion or modullization

People will live at Woodfordia on a short term basis to get an appreciation for a more sustainable way of living

Cost of accommodation possibly paid through the contribution you make through working

Building will be programmed to be used as accommodation for Woodford Folk Festival
